Nexus 5 CM13 ROM comes from developer Dark_Eyes_ over at xda. The ROM is only the first build of CM13 for N5 so don’t expect it to be fully functional or your daily driver yet. The developer hasn’t provided the list of things that aren’t working on the ROM, but as per the user feedback, major functionalities like WiFi, Data, Camera, Bluetooth are working fine.
However, the phone reboots when receiving a call on the current build, also camcorder and sound are not working yet. So yes, this is definitely a no go for daily driver. But if you’re still interested, just grab the Nexus 5 CM13 ROM from the download link below and flash it via TWRP recovery along with Marshmallow Gapps.

÷ How to Install Nexus 5 CM13 Android 6.0 Marshmallow ROM
1- Download Nexus 5 CM13 ROM & Marshmallow Gapps.
2- Boot your device into TWRP recovery.Select “Wipe” from TWRP main menu and do a “Swipe to Factory Reset” on the bottom of screen.
3- Go back to TWRP main menu, tap on “Install” and select the CM13 .zip file that you transferred to your device in Step 1.
4- After selecting the .zip file, do “Swipe to Confirm Flash” on the bottom of screen to begin the custom ROM installation process.
This may take some time.
5- Once your ROM is successfully flashed, you’ll see “Wipe cache/dalvik” option, select it and then do “Swipe to wipe” on bottom of screen.
.6- Now flash the Marshmallow Gapps file similarly like you flashed the ROM file.
7- After flashing both CM13 and Gapps, Reboot your device.
