Since this is the first release of an Android 6.0 ROM for Galaxy Tab 3, you need to know that this isn’t ready for everyday use yet. Some of the major functionality like Camera, Network and GPS aren’t yet working on the ROM.

1- Download Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 WiFi Marshmallow ROM & 6.0 Marshmallow Gapps.
2- What you need to install a this ROM is a custom recovery like TWRP.
3- Once you’ve TWRP installed on your Tab 3, you can grab the AOSP Marshmallow ROM from the download link below and simply flash it via recovery along with aFactory reset + Cache & Dalvik cache wipe.
