Posted: 13 Dec 2016 05:46 AM PST As in the topic - I feel it should be technologically possible, but all I can find are unupdated apps with terrible reviews and comments that they maybe used to work but don't any more. Thanks [link] [comments]
Posted: 13 Dec 2016 05:22 AM PST Hey everybody, I just released a beta app upTempo. It is a complete fitness tracker with automatic sleep monitoring. Please take a look at the play store listing for full feature list. It is a complete fitness tracker with background and active tracking features that work with as many devices as possible (Pebble, Android Wear and Bluetooth LE devices right now, all supported but not necessary; works well with just the phone). Another important thing is that the data is controlled by the user and is not stored on some third party servers. Thanks! [link] [comments]
Any stuff I can buy with a google wallet money? Posted: 13 Dec 2016 06:18 AM PST I mean real stuff, like from amazon or something. I wanted to see how much money I had on a card to trade it but it redeemed the card instead of telling me. Now I have 50$ in my wallet... Or could I buy a gift card or amazon card with my google wallet? [link] [comments]

App that turn android phone/box into a NAS box Posted: 13 Dec 2016 06:46 AM PST I want to plug some USB hard drive to a phone and set it up as a NAS drive in my home network. Is there any app that can do this task? I saw something like Droid NAS but it's quite old and not sure about reliability. Does anyone have experience in this? [link] [comments]
[REQUEST] Best overlay app for reading on tablet? Posted: 13 Dec 2016 06:31 AM PST Hello! So if the title isn't saying enough, I'm basically looking for an app that makes a »overlay« (a little like those red/blue filters), so it's more comfortable to read on my tablet? Best case scenario, would be the tablet's screen looking like a Amazon kindle, but I doubt that's going to happen! Any help is very appreciated! Android 6.0 NO Root [link] [comments]
Posted: 13 Dec 2016 09:24 AM PST We've developed an app to learn Chinese, Ninchanese, that changes the way people learn Chinese. As a Chinese learner myself, I know the struggle to learn Mandarin Chinese to a level that allows real communication in that language. That's why we created this app with gamification, science-based learning and cutting edge technology. It's really fun and efficient and our learners love how Ninchanese works and the results it brings them. The app has a lot of features, voice recognition, SRS to learn Chinese characters, listening and writing stages and more. Please look at the Play Store page to see them all. We launched the web app (https://ninchanese.com) a few months ago and we've already built an engaged community of users who are learning all they need to reach fluency in Chinese. We'll love to have your feedback on the app! Thanks! LINK : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ninchanese.app [link] [comments]
Is there any music player out there that has a 'search within queue' feature? Posted: 13 Dec 2016 06:21 AM PST To be more specific, let's assume I have a long queue that was filled with one of my playlists and I want to jump to a specific song in it. I want to be able to search the queue, find the song, play it and then let the queue continue to play the songs afterwards. In addition, another feature I feel missing in all of the music players I encountered with, is the ability to jump to the currently played song in the queue. I'm looking for a long time now a music player, (preferably material designed and open source) that has those features. My inspiration for a perfect music player on a PC is ncmpcpp - an ncurses based client for MPD server. It has both of these features activated with the keyboard and it's extremely comfortable from other perspectives. [link] [comments]

Is app-sales.net not showing correct sales for anyone else? Posted: 13 Dec 2016 08:56 AM PST The site frequently shows really nice sales but when I go there the apps are at full price. I'm not even looking at old sales either, I just checked Our Budget Book Pro which is the newest sale that was just put up and that's full price. Anyone else getting this problem? Posted: 12 Dec 2016 10:04 PM PST Hey Dev Peeps. I'm looking for an app to manage our lab. Ideally using a barcode system. The features we're looking for but can't seem to find are: Recording of when samples and reagents enter or leave storage Recording what processes have been done to samples Search for where samples and reagents are located. I can find 2 of the 3 but would really like a single reliable solution for all of them. [link] [comments]

Posted: 12 Dec 2016 02:21 PM PST Hello! I'm looking for a few suggestions (new to the Android platform) on a great app that utilizes a shared todo list. Here's the scenario, I want myself and my wife (also on Android) to have a shared todo list. I realize I could use things like onenote or evernote, but in this case I'd like it to be a specialized app without all the unnecessary capabilities. Thank you in advance! [link] [comments]

Hey, what are some self improvment apps I can use for two hours a day Posted: 12 Dec 2016 05:47 PM PST Monday thru Friday I arrive to work early two hours. I cannot clock in until 5 minutes before my start time. Luckily I am able to hang around in the breakroom until then, and so I am wondering if anyone can share useful apps for these two hours a day. I already am using memrise and duolingo to improve my spanish (I took 3 years in highschool) as well as start learning Polish. I also have khanacademy installed for when I finish my daily sessions on those apps which only take ~15 minutes each leaving me with about an hour and a half. I wish there was a gym on campus I would rather do that but when in starts getting warm out I can walk and jog around the nearby industrial area. Thanks in advance for any ideas (even if not apprelated). [link] [comments]
[REQUEST] An app that auto-deletes notes and images after a preset time Posted: 13 Dec 2016 09:48 AM PST I'm taking a lot of pictures of receipts, only to delete them after one or two weeks. I have those notes just in case something is deducted erroneously from my credit card. Is there an app out there that will allow me to set a "delete after 2 weeks" or "delete on such and such date" option on my notes? Currently I'm using Keep and Scanbot. [link] [comments]
What camera app produces the best quality photos? Posted: 12 Dec 2016 04:26 PM PST For some reason the default app has began to produce low quality photos. They're not horrible but the quality drop is very noticeable. What is the best app for producing professional-looking high quality photos? [link] [comments] |
