Posted: 01 Jun 2016 07:10 AM PDT Hi, I recently started making games for Android. I'm here to introduce my game. Game is called Tap to Freedom. The objective is to obtain highest score and beat your friends and the world. In the game you tap screen to move a ball. You must move ball through moving obstacles. For more info check the game out from Google Play store. Link below. I'll be happy to receive some feedback. Hope you enjoy my game! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.panzur.taptofreedom [link] [comments]
[META] DAE think there are shills badmouthing competing apps on this sub? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 06:10 AM PDT As the title says, I feel like there are some shills who promote that particular app in every thread and downvote every comment which praises the competitor apps. [link] [comments]
Public, anonymous group chats (Android/iOS). Posted: 01 Jun 2016 08:35 AM PDT For organizing a public event, I'm looking for an app or service which allows to create a publicly accessible chat groups that doesn't require to exchange contact details and isn't bound to a mobile number. I already found rumr, however it isn't available in my country. The service should preferably allow to join via an easily exchangeable URI and should be present on Android/iOS and desktop. Yes, I also aware that there's IRC, but I have yet to find clients for the various platforms that don't look like you have to be a sysadmin to use them. :D [link] [comments]

Facebook Messenger Replacement Posted: 31 May 2016 08:39 PM PDT Since Facebook now forces the standard Messenger Install block on Messages on Mobile Browsers (Tinfoil included as it's just a wrapper), does anyone have any alternatives or workarounds? [link] [comments]

[Question] Application volume mixer? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 03:06 AM PDT Hi! I tried asking this at /r/androidquestions but no luck there. I like watching Twitch streams on my phone (I don't have a working PC :( ), and most streamers I watch choose not to use any music, but rather have the viewer use his own music. So, I want to listen to my own music, while watching a Twitch stream. The problem is that the volume of my music is overwhelmingly loud to properly listen to the stream. Is there any solution, or application, that creates a volume mixer with which I can separately adjust the volumes of certain apps? I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) on stock Android version 6.0.1. Thanks for the help! [link] [comments]
An app for tracing images and removing the traced background? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 08:46 AM PDT Actually, I'd rather have it on the comp. I tried with paint but I guess i have a crap version. The phone'll do though. I need to trace an image and remove that image. This will just leave the traced lines. Im working on a building design/restructure pitch and this is the quickest way I can think of. This is not my field so I don't know the software that is typically used. Thanks in advance! I have a Note5 if that matters [link] [comments]
looking for app which downloads a file and sets it as a wallpaper at given intervals Posted: 01 Jun 2016 08:17 AM PDT Hello, I am googling for hours now for an android app which changes the wallpaper periodically from a given custom online url address i specify. And that's it, nothing more. Get a file from the same url every day or so. That means:
Really, just make a http get request and put the image as a wallpaper. Even image resizing is not needed, i can provide the image in the correct resolution. The device has very little free ram, so:
It doesnt even have to have a gui, i can edit a plain text file with a given name or sqlite database in the app's directory on the /data partition with root. Please help! [link] [comments]

Any apps which supports /r/subreddit+subreddit style multireddits? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 07:23 AM PDT I've been using Relay for a while (quite happy with it too), but I've been looking to move to an app which saves content offline too. I heard that slide had such a feature and multireddits support but it doesn't support this style of multireddits which I use quite a lot (Don't know if it's an intentional feature in Relay, because search works in it too, but I can't seem to save these anywhere as the subscribe button does nothing, yet is present.) Are there any apps out there which support both, offline reddit as well as these multireddits? [link] [comments]
Posted: 31 May 2016 08:22 PM PDT I know there are a few of these posts, but almost all of them are quite old I'm interested in one of these two. I've downloaded and used both of them, and I like them equally Could someone who has used both of them on a daily basis give me a hint? Does one has anything more automation-wise over the other? I like that automate has in-app community flow store, despite it not being really polished [link] [comments]

Posted: 31 May 2016 07:47 PM PDT I wondered if there's an app that gives you randomly movie quotes on a daily basis, like "quote of the day" or smt. nothing too sophisticated but just a widget or smt with a classic movie quote of the day. Does this exist? or smt similar? [link] [comments]

Brain Candy version number issue. Posted: 31 May 2016 11:20 PM PDT Hey guys...can someone install and see which version number is showing in google play for my App....I updated about 5 days ago and the update(version 1.4) is only showing up in my account. Everyone else's Google Play account shows version 1.2, which is an old version with layout issues and other problems...I don't know if its because they had the game already installed so Google Play didn't update, or if the update hasn't just rolled out anywhere and people are still downloading an older version with layout problems on some phones. My app doesn't need any permissions and is free and has no ads. I'm not asking anyone to download it...just check the version number and post here...Thanks in advance https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appsworthyourtime.braincandy [link] [comments]
Did anyone get unlimited full quality storage with Google Photos new update? Posted: 31 May 2016 04:02 PM PDT Nexus 6P owner here, just updated to 1.21 and got nothing about original quality uploading. (Update details didn't say anything either) Wondering if they are delaying the unlimited full size storage or if the 6P wasn't a qualifying device... Or maybe could it be that I'm using a custom ROM? Looking for android app that can control cheap RC helicopters by using my phone's IR blaster. Posted: 01 Jun 2016 07:41 AM PDT I have this RC helicopter that's missing it's controller. it uses an IR (infared controller) I am looking for an android app that will let me fly it via the IR blaster in my S4 mini. All the apps I've seen need a controller that plugs in the headphone jack. are there any apps for these things similar to a universal remote where I can fly using my phones ir emitter?
