According to XDA member CTXz, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow CyanogenMod 13 [CM13] unofficial ROM is released for Sony Xperia Z5 Compact E5823 will let E5823 users taste the gloriousness of Marshmallow 6.0.1 on Z5 Compact E5823.

•This tutorial is only for installing Android 5.1.1 Dirty Unicorns ROM on Sony Xperia Z5 Compact E5823 [suzuran] Please do not try on any other Xperia Z5 variants.
•You can install CM13 only after the bootloader unlock of E5823.
•Your phone should be rooted and haveClockworkMod recovery installed from before.This tutorial will wipe out all your data. Proceed at your own risk.Perform a Dalvik Cache wipe before proceeding from the recovery mode.
•Sony PC Companion will NOT detect your phone after installing this ROM because it is a custom firmware.
•Make sure you backup all your data in your phone before proceeding.

÷ How To Install Unofficial Marshmallow 6.0.1 CM13 On Xperia Z5 Compact E5823 :
1- Download Unofficial CM13 Marshmallow 6.0.1 and Google Gapps for your Xperia Z5 Compact E5823.
2- Place them somewhere on your computer where you can easily locate them.
3- Now, make a connection between your Sony Xperia Z5 Compact E5823 and the PC. Copy-Paste both files to your phone’s internal storage.Disconnect the phone and turn it off.
5- Then, you need to boot it into recovery mode.When you are into recovery mode you need to wipe up your device.
6- From the TWRP main menu tap on the wipe button and select Advanced Wipe. Then select all Dalvik cache, System, Data and Cache options. Swipe to the left to confirm the factory reset process.
7- Good; now return to TWRP main menu and tap on the install option. Find the CM13 Marshmallow firmware and install it on your phone. Swipe to the left to confirm the installation process.
8- Repeat the step 7 but this time install Google Marshmallow Gapps.
9- Reboot the phone.
Your Xperia Z5 Compact E5823 will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time. So, please wait.
That’s it! Your Xperia Z5 Compact E5823 should now have Unofficial CM13 Marshmallow 6.0.1 installed on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.
