Is there an app that can read the alarm time set, turn on a TV and start a cast? Posted: 04 Dec 2016 05:30 AM PST I like to start either Spotify or Pocketcasts from my TV when I wake up but I figured there's gotta be some app that can automate stuff, so it reads the alarm and triggers something. The tricky stuff would be making the phone turn on the TV but maybe it's possible with a smart TV, or through my nvidia shield? [link] [comments] |
[DEV] habit Tracking App - uses a point system based on how habits work in real life Posted: 04 Dec 2016 06:38 AM PST I've been working on an Android app that helps you track your desired habits with a point system. The point system is based on real habit building principles. So far, I have factored in 4 principles, and more will be added soon. I wanted to get the app started fast, so you will notice that it is nothing fancy at the moment. The Play Store listing has more info on the 4 principles and how they are used in the point system. I would be interested to know what you think of the idea and/or any feedback about the app. Thank you https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.infixapp&referrer=utm_source%3Drdtaap
Edit: I've gotten a couple of comments about the app not being available in other countries. I want to mention that the app is only available in the U.S. right now. I do plan on expanding to other countries. Since this is my first app, I am not familiar with any legal issues I need to know about with offering apps in other countries. This is on my to-do list, though. [link] [comments] |

(Help) How to automatically play music when you arrive home through your computer Posted: 04 Dec 2016 05:29 AM PST I remember reading a post a few months ago about this, and I believe it was achieved through Unified Remote but I can't figure out how I did it before. [link] [comments] |

Hi i've made a new game for android and i want to share with you Posted: 04 Dec 2016 05:01 AM PST Hi, My name is Jose Luis. I make a new game called Color Challenge, well this game was made in my free time and as a hobby like all my android games but this game its different i think this is the best game i´ve ever made (i made 5) because i´ve enjoyed developing it the gameplay is addictive and you can share in facebook with your friends. Gameplay main game mechanic is I programmed seven colors, two of them will be chosen by the game, then if you touch the screen the color of the level and player will change for example if you have the colours: red and blue if you touch the screen game level will be red if you touch again the screen game level will be in a blue color. Enemys In the level will appear some "enemys" with the two colours selected you must be in the same color to not die for example if you´re blue and the enemy is red you must be in the red colour. So that was basically my game it´s as simple as looks so thanks for read this post and thanks(if you download the game) for download it. Feedback would be appreciated Link:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.FreakinGames.ColorChall [link] [comments] |

Posted: 04 Dec 2016 04:22 AM PST Google Play store seems to be the dominant market when distributing an app. What are other significant markets where I can upload my app so that it reaches a larger audience? [link] [comments] |
[question]Lastpass free/SafeInCloud Pro-which one is safer? Posted: 04 Dec 2016 02:08 AM PST Is SafeInCloud Pro better than LastPass free in terms of data security? I use 2FA in LastPass but since it allowed cross platform access to free users, it seems too good to be true. LastPass works perfectly for me but I'm concerned about its security. I used KeePass, but it corrupted its database by itself and I can't bear with the dated UI. SafeInCloud is made by an individual, and I couldn't find enough reviews/video reviews on the internet about it. Enpass is a good pwd manager but it's chrome extension doesn't work properly. Kindly suggest me which one to choose. [link] [comments] |

Automatically get Facebook video link Posted: 04 Dec 2016 02:34 AM PST Hello people, Is there a way to automatically get the direct link to a Facebook video copied to my clipboard as soon as I like or save the video? Or can any automation app do that? Thanks [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 Dec 2016 01:54 AM PST So after so many years of Android usage I've built up a significant and messy contact list. I'm looking for a way to easily sort them all with the least amount of manual input. Obviously whatever I use I want to be secure and not farming personal information. Has anyone got any suggestions for me? [link] [comments] |
What's the best ir blaster remote app? Posted: 04 Dec 2016 01:29 AM PST So I used to use Peel Smart Remote and it was stupidly easy to set up with my sky box and TV, but the controls weren't too friendly. Is there anything better? [link] [comments] |
Something like the Nougat easter egg? Posted: 03 Dec 2016 09:25 PM PST My mom really loves the Nougat Easter Egg cat collecting game. It's cute and not very technical and that's perfect for her. Can anyone suggest anything that's similar to this game that she might like? Cat-related would be great, but just in general the idea of a relatively low-interaction background game is what I'm looking for. I'm totally fine with paying for an app once, but I'd prefer it not have ongoing payments like a free-to-play or freemium model. Any suggestions? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
